Just to confirm, are you giving the correct information?
I ask this due to integrated graphics card never give too much fps (and even less if you're playing high demanding games)

And depending on your dedicated GPU and the graphics settings selected on each game the FPS can vary

Honestly Microsoft is smart. Gddr5 is only for gpu purposes not CPU. And xbox one is clocked at 853 MHz while ps4 is clocked at 800 MHz. And ddr3 is for CPU purposes. Xbox one is a better console over all and more powerful.

I figured out the solution. This applies only if you have over clocked computer components. Start by undoing any memory (RAM) over clocks. If that does not work, try undoing GPU over clocks followed by CPU over clocks. Undoing ram over clocks fixed it
for me. I was at 3300 MHz when I had to revert back to 3200 MHz.

ok i fixed CPU and GPU problem by using AMD CPU and NVIDIA GPU with some community mods.

* btw my 9900K always 100% bcz im not check my background, Windows Security are running quick scan, my bad.

But still not improve my Game Framerate even i swap my CPU and GPU, CPU are fine now, but GPU are running always 100% but only about 45 FPS (Updated), What The H are this game using so many GPU usage.

My CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600 and while I understand that the 2060 is not a high end GPU, when I was using the 580 starfield at least used the GPU. It maxed it out and had some stuttering issues, but it was at least being used. Now with the 2060, games that had previously used my GPU are no longer doing so. In task manager under GPU Engine, it keeps saying GPU 0 - Copy instead of GPU 0 - 3D for the games I mentioned above and the CPU is being used instead.
