    My cousin's account was hacked.


    Hi, I know this sounds like a lie, but its not. My xbox username is TRYHARD DCM, all caps. I reported the hacker explaining the story below:

    My cousin's account was hacked a month ago or so. The original account name was Bopqin rew, but the hacker changed the name to xRádiò Shaqk, and he changed my cousin's Xbox password. The hacker also has my cousin's credit cards as well. I'm not sure what you guys can do but whatever you can, please do. Me and my cousin are really close and because we obviously don't live together, playing video games on our "Xboxes" was what we did. But now we can't. Thank you, and I hope you can resolve this issue.

    According to your step sons youtube page he hacked his cousins account. He doesn't sound so innocent anymore. Either way contact phone support and have them start a UAI.
