    My controllers won't connect plz help


    I was playing forza Motorsport 6 and all of the sudden both my controllers disconnected and a message popped up saying something about can't connect to gamepad and when I use the USB cable I plug a controller in and it works but as soon as I unplug it it
    won't connect I just want my controllers to be wireless again someone please help

    Let's give your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off. Please let us know how it goes My controllers won't connect plz help :)
