my controllers don't appear to charge properly?

hi all, I've had my Xbox series X about a year and a half now, around a year a ago I bought 3 extra controllers (4 in total) and shortly after I bought the official rechargeable batteries, from microsoft, I have one controller I used regularly, I haven't used the overs as much recently I notice my controller wasn't fully charged, despite keeping it charge when not using, so I put it on charged check the others two barely had any charge in despite not being use at all & the other appeared to still be fully since having the new Batteries, I followed the instruction on the support page, i plugged them into the console to see if they would charge and they appear to be, so I left them all for a few hours each to charge, when i came back to check, they still hadn't charged and still had the same amount of charge since i last checked so I thought i might use the controllers till they ran out of charge and try again, but had no luck, as the same thing happened, I'm trying again with a different cable this time, 3 of the controllers appear to say they are charging on my Xbox, and one has the charging symbol but isn't moving like the other 3, tried switching the batteries between two to check which show the same thing when swap, any ideas on how to solved this at all, not sure how this occurred as I take good care of my controllers, I've never had this problem till now.

I suggest you try a test using regular batteries or rechargeable batteries to see if the problem is with your controls or your original batteries.

Hi just try with regular batteries, it shows that its fully charged on 4 of my controllers, i tried the rechargeable ones on the one controller that had been fully charged, trying to charge them but still showed the same battery level.
