my controllers does not Work

I have drained the batteries of my controller always working. I changed them (If you want to know I tried both with Duracell batteries

and with VARTA batteries, both AA with 1.5V as established by the instructions manual). My problem now is 2:

1. Duracell batteries are not recognized, so the controllers do not turn on

2. VARTA batteries are recognized but with a low charge, so much so that the controllers switch off after a few minutes.

I would like to clarify that the batteries have just been bought by the retailer and therefore they are fully charged.

Xbox One Chatpad on PC

My Xbox Chatpad does not work wirelessly on my PC. I have the Xbox controllers that use Bluetooth and do not need an adapter. I have updated my controllers. The chatpad works when the wire is plugged in, but it will not work wirelessly.

also the controllers that are acting up, can not work on other systems, i tried them on my older brothers and it does not work eather

Are the battery terminals clean? Or are there signs of corrosion, possibly from old batteries sitting in the controller that went unused for a long time? If there's a blue/yellow/white powdery substance on the battery terminals, you'll want to clean that
off so the batteries can make proper contact.

Do your Duracell/VARTA batteries work fine in other Xbox One controllers (if available), or even other devices in your house? Are they rechargeable, or one-time use?

My rumble feature is starting to not work on my DOE controller. Is the DOE controller the only controller having this issue?

Hello Jason, by your description it looks like you are trying to connect your control to a PC, make sure you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

See which version of Windows 10 you have

Updates are often seen as optional.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

After the updates are made, download the Xbox Accessories App and try to sync the controller first via the USB cable.
