My Controller

Hello, I am an Xbox One player since Day One and recently that day one controller finally came to its end so it was time for a new controller so I decided to get the Ocean Shadow controller about a month ago however since that same controller has major connectivity
issues at random times it just goes out and I would need to plug it into the Xbox. It is not the batteries as I always have them charged fully, there is no update for the controller, I am only about 6ft away from the console, and there is nothing blocking
the console. So I don't know what to do anymore I need assistance.

Hi! I bought a controller from best buy a little over a month ago and I had family over for Thanksgiving and tried to use it and the controller just keeps scrolling all over the place when I connect it to the Xbox and try and use it. I had never taken it
out of the box until then because I wanted to show it off to my cousins. I contacted best buy and because the purchase was made over 30 days ago I was not able to return it and they told me to contact Microsoft. I was wondering I you could send me a free one
from the design lab. I have used Xbox forever now and this is the first error I am having. I love your products and would never switch over to Sony and Play Station. I am a loyal customer of Microsoft. Please HELP!

 

My Controller

I have the new xbox Slim and Ive had it for like 5 months now. The promblem im having is when i start playing games, the message pops up please reconnect your controller but when I check the battery life it has full batteries. Whats going on? LOL and I was
in the middle of a good game too lol

 

Even though it isn't the batteries as you claim, have you tried a different set of batteries regardless, and see how that works out in comparison?

Does giving the controller a gentle shake make it disconnect?

Worst case, you can either try to return it to your retailer for an exchange, or send it to Microsoft for a repair (controller warranties last 90 days from purchase).
