    Hi,

    (sorry for my bad english. I am novice and I improve my english)

    I write this post because, I have a problem with my controller Xbox One. 7 months ago, I bought my joystick Xbox One at Amazon. While this time my controller was good and the 30 days to complain is past and if the 30 days past, I read that I should contact
    the manufacturer. I bought my controller exactly on 7 April 2016.

    I use my controller with a cable for windows the game. But, i don't used my controller a lot because with my studies, I don't have much time. And this is the problem I don't have used my controller a lot and Today, I wanted to play GTA san andreas and my
    controller connected/disconnected. I thought it was my computer that bug but I moved a little bit the cable and the controller connected. If I move, the controller disconnected. The problem specifically the cable because I think is the connector between the
    cable and the controller. If I move the plug of cable down, the controller connected. If the plug of cable up, the controller disconnected. I don't understand why. The controller is not 1 years old, i don't played a lot with this, the controller is always
    on my desk. And I have Windows 10 (upgrade) pc but it's a old pc and i don't have bluetooth.

    Please, help me I !don't bought this controller for nothing ?

    X1 Desperate Help !!

    I've tried hard resetting and updating and the controller is charged. I don't understand why that every time my Xbox disconnects from live that my controller disconnects as well. For starters I don't even know why my live is disconnecting...

    Xbox Controller Sync & Powering off from after pressing sync button five times....

    My sync button turns off my Xbox one X and won't connect any controllers.

    When controllers do connect they disconnect and flash.

    Had this problem since beginning of February.

    "am I being stupid".... No, everyone has trouble from time to time. But, let me suggest following up with a couple of things, "Connect a wireless
    Xbox One controller to your console    " and "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" . Let us know if you continue to have
    issues connecting the controller to your Xbox.

    When you say "I tried to connect the control through the USB cable for 10 minutes on the console", does that mean you were able to perform the steps outlined in "Connect
    a wireless Xbox One controller to your console    " ? If so, you may need to follow up with "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect"
