    My controller won't turn on


    Yesterday the batteries ran out and when i replaced them the button flashed twice then turned off so now i got brand new batteries and it did the same thing i tried to connect it to the xbox with an android charger and it flashed once and turned off and
    that's all Itried......please help

    My Controller Won't Turn On

    Hi

    Firstly can you fully power down the console by holding the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds and remove the batteries from the controller.

    Once you have done this connect the controller to the console using a USB cable and then power up the console and once the console has loaded to the dashboard screen wait for 10 minutes and then try the controller to see if it now switches on.

    My Controller Won't Turn On

    So I attempted to update my controller and of course it flopped during the update. How do I get the controller to power back on? It is not recognized by my laptop or my Xbox. I changed the batteries and plugged it in, however the controller still has no
    power.

    I just want the controller to work and a customer support representative said it needs the update will it update by itself or?

    Please help!

    if you bought the controller 3 months ago, you can valid the warranty directly from Xbox.
