My controller won’t connect to my Xbox and keeps flashing

I do see a picture and everything just the weird part is my controller cannot connect to the Xbox it's sort've weird, I even tried switching ports and that does not even work. Just the lights on my controller start flashing and I hit the sync button on both
the controller and Xbox and it keeps flashing and does not stop.

All 4 lights on my 360 controller keep flashing an is not connecting back to my console i've tried almost everything between controller an console so now what does this means opening the controller?? HELP.

Same problem. My controller can connect with my roommate's computer. But when I try to connect with my own computer(think pad P51, win10), the bluetooth shows paired and the button keep flash

I tried connecting it with a cable to my Xbox and it won't detect it. I also tried to connect it wirelessly to my phone and it connects but the white light on the controller keeps flashing, and it won't do anything. It only works when I connect it with a cable on my pc. It doesn't work on any other device wired or wireless.
