    My controller suddenly stopped working


    So i've been playing my xsx with the controller for almost 2 years (without batteries) i was just using the usb c cable since i got my console, everything was going well until yesterday ,,, i left both of my console and controller (plugged with the usb c cable) working for maybe 2 hours and when i came back i realized that my controller suddenly stopped working, the console was on but the controller was off, i pressed and hold the home button several times, i did a manual hard reset i, changed the cable, nothing solved this technical issue ... *(additional details)* i hear an electrical noise when i get closer to the usb c port in my controller and whenever i take off the cable the noise stops, in top of that when i plug the cable in my controller the controller starts to getting hot, and when i move the end of the usb c cable from the usb port in my console the pitch of the electric noise changes. and it seems that i'm the only one who faced this proplem since i googled my proplem and searched heavily for the solution but nothing.

    Controller firmware update for headset adapter

    I have not validated the version of firmware, but I know it suddenly stops working. To update it, I plug the controller in and update firmware. I do this for both controllers. Then it will work for a couple of weeks and suddenly stop.

    the same thing happened to me it just suddenly stopped working my mic ive tried unplugging my xbox, updating my controller and it has not worked so i dont no if it has broken or its jst my controller someone please find a solution for this
