My controller randomly disconnects and then disconnects me from my wifi

I'm having the same problem when my controller randomly disconnects and around the 3rd time it disconnects it also disconnects me from my wifi and it's 2017 why hasn't Microsoft did something about this bug yet besides unplugging your cables and that doesn't
work Microsoft fix this

Everything disconnects at once

This is my second time posting this, hopefully this time ill get some help

Background info-xbox controller fully charged, wireless, i play about 5 feet from my xbox with nothing in between us, strong wifi connection(nothing else disconnects from wifi)

While im playing or simply just sitting on xbox, every 10 or 20 minutes my controller will randomly disconnect and wont reconnect for about 15 seconds, then about 20 seconds after the controller disconnects, my xbox disconnects from xbox live. Ive updated
my controller, switched controllers, disconnected from the router numerous times, done hard restarts multiple times and still it happens every ten minutes to the point where it is hard to get a match in anymore of any game. Also, im a member of the previewprogram
and have reported the issue. Its like that it can be connected to wirelessly it disconnects from all at once

I'm sorry to see any disconnect issues! If you haven't already, go through our

controller disconnect support article. This has a lot of steps in it, and the final part being if a second controller is doing this then you will need to get a replacement console.
