    Hey guys, so about 2 days ago, my controller wouldn't turn on, but I was using a USB cord so i figured that it was just the cord that was broken, so I got a new unopened cord I had stored around just in case so I tried it, and nothing. So I figured that
    the USB port on the controller but I had new battery's fresh from the pack so I popped them in the controller, they work fine for about 7-13 minutes but then they just die all of a sudden but then I feel the area around the right side of the d-pad and the
    right joystick and I feel that its burning hot and the battery's are burning as well and I try to use the battery's for something but the controller burned up all the power in the battery's so I'm confused on what I should do and I need help.

    360 Keeps shutting off

    my xbox also shuts off and turns on by itself and it can't be overheating because it wont stay on long enough to overheat.

    xbox mic cuts of controller?

    so when ever i plug the mic into the xbox one wireless controller the controller just magically turns off and wont turn back on?

    if this a faulty controller or something?

    My Xbox keeps randomly turning off

    My xbox one x keeps randomly turning off while on Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Sometimes I cant even make it passed the main screen on CoD it wont even allow me to choose if I want to play multiplayer or warzone it’ll just freeze & then the Xbox
    turns off & my controller will just start flashing. My Xbox is in a well ventilated area & it couldnt have been overheating because it happens within minutes of turning the Xbox on. I uninstalled DLC content to see if it might work & i thought it did work
    because it allowed me to play a match but as soon as the match started it completely froze again & just turned off. Can someone please tell me whats going on? Is it the game CoD itself or my xbox? The xbox is basically brand new, I barely got it Dec 2019.

    Make sure your xbox set on ventilated area , try to keep it in a warm place at least so it wont get overheated

    When you say your controller wont connect do you mean the controller wont turn on or do you mean the controller does turn on but it is just not connected
