My controller isn't syncing even with new batteries

I don't know anyone who has a xbox and I ain't got a pc

Have you tried syncing it using a USB cable? If it won't sync that way either, does it work wired?

Do you have a friend with an Xbox One/Series console? If so, try your controller on their console and their controller on your console. That will narrow the issue down so you know if it's the controller or console that's at fault.

Man I've tried all your methods it still doesn't sync, but my nephews controller does sync with my console.

I've tried mine on another console, it still doesn't work even with a cable it blinks and sometimes turns on but doesn't sync with my console even on another console it doesn't.

I used a USB and it still doesn't work and I only got one controller.
