My controller is moving fast how do I fix it?

There could be several reasons why your controller is behaving unexpectedly.

Clean the controller: Dust and debris can accumulate on the controller over time and cause the buttons or sticks to become sticky or unresponsive. Try cleaning the controller with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt or debris.

Check the controller's battery: If the controller is running low on battery, it may cause the controls to become unresponsive or behave erratically. Make sure the controller is fully charged or try replacing the batteries.

Reset the controller: You can reset the controller by pressing the small, recessed reset button on the back of the controller using a paperclip or other small, pointed object. This will reset the controller and may resolve any issues you're experiencing.

Update the controller's firmware: If the controller's firmware is out of date, it may cause issues with its performance. You can update the controller's firmware by connecting it to your Xbox using a USB cable and following the on-screen instructions.

Check for interference: If you're using a wireless controller, interference from other devices (such as baby monitors or cordless phones) can cause the signal to become disrupted. Try moving the controller and the Xbox to a different location to see if the issue persists.

I found the problem and the solution! If you hold down a button that isn’t the joysticks or the D Pad while moving through the menu, then it will go into menu fast mode. Most likely it will be a controller drift. If you hold down a joystick then it will
go into go into fast mode. If you fix the drift then it won’t go fast anymore. Also if you have a sticky button held down then it will move fast. If you unstick it, it should stop the fast mode.

When i said this,Like when i move my controller just a little it does a full 360 for my pov.

I meant when i move my analog stick just a little it turns and looks really fast,like uncontrollably fast.

Update: I found out the issue. Apparently, when I move my left thumb back on the controller, I tend to accidentally hit the left stick to the right, which apparently is too fast for the flight sim to register, so it just makes ailerons stuck right. To fix
this issue, I have to be more careful when moving my left thumb and I should be fine. Also Microsoft, if you read this, this flight sim is full of bugs and you should do tons of fixes on them.
