    Derby day, I have a question, why me does not bind support, application number SR [Mod Removed], it has been three weeks, I am very unhappy and wish that you had taken action against the staff member, which I was promised an answer within a maximum
    of two weeks, I wish he was fired and my application took more than qualified.

    My controller is broken, as far as I know this is a massive problem with the new xbox one, promised to change, but as I said above measures by employees of Microsoft Russia have not been undertaken, does not want to lose their loyalty to Microsoft

  2. Problems with initial set up, 

    I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but when I turned my children's xbox one on all I get is a picture on the screen of the controller with the 'X' button flashing. I've synced the controller as it turns on the console but no matter what this
    is as far as it goes. What a let down

    Preview program glitches

    Having problems as well, strange problems. One problem is the a lot of the writing is covered in accents, numbers etc... Big problem is that xbox one is unplayable due to controller glitch that does not seem to come from the controller. thought controller
    was broken so I bought a new one to discover same problems. some buttons, triggers don't work. other functions go automatically as if buttons are stuck, but has same problem with new controller. makes no sense unless it is an internal software glitch. updated
    controller to no avail. wtf!

    I would like to help you with this issue, however you haven't really given any informaton as to why your controller is broken. If you could give more information I am sure we could try and help you figure out what is going on with it.

    The above link will indicate how to bind a controller, if this is your issue.

    There is no known massive issue with controllers however if all troubleshooting tips fail and an accessory has been purchased within the last 90 days (warranty timeframe) it can be replaced.

    If you're experiencing issues with an Agent you can create your own repair tickets at
    http://myservice.xbox.com

    You would simply register your console to create a ticket on an accessory that was bundled with it. Again, accessory warranties are 90 days from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer.

    i have a gaming monitore:D

    I have another old xbox one controller and this one works with no problems.

    The new one has input lags, so probably the controller is in some way broken...

    WORST Xbox Support from a LAUNCH DAY ONE CONSOLE - I can't get help!

    Sorry, I received a broken controller with my Xbox One and the replacement was also broken.

    It is a personal preference to just purchase a new one.

    However, I am seeing that MANY people are receiving broken controllers from MS. Because of that, yes, they should take care of the issue.

    Following that logic, we should go and tell everyone with a broken console to "Just go out and buy a new one and not bother Microsoft". It's horrible advice.

    Microsoft should take care of the broken equipment I paid for. Period.
