My controller has not been returned

Nearly two months i sent my controller back on track thing its yellow on recaved no why contacting Microsoft about puts u on stupid robot reply thing that has no answers no emails or any thing i payed good money for elite controllers both broke easy only
one was in warranty plane simple i just want controller back not spending more money on new one

Do remember though that the holiday season does bring about delays and hopefully you are not waiting too much longer.

If the controller has been shipped, you may need to receive the controller first
And then start the return process for the controller only (if eligible) in order to receive a refund

If you're not eligible to return only the controller you may need to keep it

If your controller has broken in a short time after buying, the best thing would be to return to the store where you bought it and talk to them. There might be a manufacturing fault since the controller shall not break if it has been moderately used.

as has been stated in the previous threads, only the developer has the answer as to why it was removed from Xbox, and you will have to ask them for any details as it's return as they are the ones in control of that.
