    My controller has gone missing.


    The microsoft customer care is basically non-existant now and i desperately need to talk to a person, it offers talk to a gamer but i cannot disclose my home address with comfort to what is essentially just a stranger.

    So i will explain what happened, i sent my xbox one S controller for repair, i should reiterate i do not own an xbox i am simply someone who bought one for pc as my old 360 pad was breaking down, and i wanted to play rocket league. Regardless, the bumpers stopped working mainly the right one, so i send it in for repair and expect it within the allocated 6-8 days however, it hasnt. On UPS it was delivered to Daventry to a person called sergei on the 2nd of september, i do not know of this man as i live in London. So has my controller just disappeared, soon after this my devices on the microsoft website started displaying me owning an xbox one from 2019 which i never had. The controller was listed on it and as having repairs a few days before the delivery on the 2nd. I am just confused and disappointed how the virtual assistent just made me wait 45 minutes for no one, as the call was meant to be 7minutes and furthermore i couldn't enter my phone number as the +44 option once i entered the 7**** etc simply gave a "there has been an error at our end" error message and i couldnt even get a call by a human as the virtual assistant at least in this case is absolutely useless.

    They can, you can trust. They have a lot of knowledge of the products and help other users but in your case, it is necessary to talk to a Microsoft agent.

    hi, so you've got the tracking number and you've lost it.. happening to a lot of people because of covid(a pandemic).. hopefully, it reaches you. and if you want to call someone you might be in the wrong spot here try this website select your issues and scroll down to call. Also, if you talk to the gamer long enough or tell him you want to speak with an agent he'll redirect you to one.
