My controller drifts to the right in Rocket League but it’s not hardware!

I’m pretty sure no one will believe this, because it just makes no sense at all. When I play Rocket League, my car drifts off to the right. Always has since I started playing over a year ago. But it’s not the controller! With the exact same controller, my
son logs in and drives straight as an arrow. We have 4 controllers, same thing with all of them. I login, it drifts right, he logs in, no drift. I’ve started playing with his account just to drive straight.

Any ideas what could be causing this? I’ve already checked every setting in the game, there’s no setting that pulls the car in either direction. Hoping someone here can help!

Ok its been this way for over a year so yeah, ive tried that about a thousand times.

Hey friend have you tried exiting out of the game completely and then restarting it?

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue playing Rocket League.

Are you having this happen with any other games?

I think that if you are only experiencing this problem in one game with your profile, I would try troubleshooting that game first with the steps outlined in "My
Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay" as that helps with a variety of gameplay problems.

Another thing I would suggest is perhaps contacting Rocket League's developer
Psyonix this might be a problem with your account on their servers.
