Discus and support my controller drifts on the right stick just outside the 90 day return date in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i've had my controller 3 and half months and now it drifts making it impossible to use, i've done a hard reset, resynced and updated the controller but...     my controller drifts on the right stick just outside the 90 day return date


    i've had my controller 3 and half months and now it drifts making it impossible to use, i've done a hard reset, resynced and updated the controller but nothing helps.

    is there anyone who can help without giving out the usual scripted response?

    Microsoft please fix the controller stick drift please!!

    Both sticks on my day one controller drift badly. The left stick on my new one drifts. I'm not gonna buy another Microsoft controller. I'll buy third party or switch to playstation. Tired of the nickle and dime crap!

    Xbox one controller failures

    Ahhh the dreaded stick drift, it was the right stick for me, it finally took my day 1 controller from me... my controller drifts on the right stick just outside the 90 day return date :(

    Always disliked clicking in a stick for sprint, so one of my Elites paddles is always mapped to the left stick click.

    First make sure your Xbox One is registered on your account you can do that
    here    . Then you select manage then Replace An Accessory, it will guide you through the steps of servicing your product. You Should first contact
    Xbox Support and see if they have anything they can help you with. But if's its outside
    your warranty it will cost money going through Device Support. Here is the support page for Your
    wireless controller analog sticks are drifting, stuck in one position, or the buttons aren’t functioning    .

    What if my warranty was up 2 months ago and my right analog stick is drifting up mr mascot? What then? 90 warranty is ridiculous. I was using normally and not raging with controller! Piece of junk.

    Since the controller is under 90 days old I would have it replaced. I have not heard of any fixes for the stick drift issue. Good Luck!

    Stick drift is not repairable, and sending it in outside of warranty is basically the cost of a controller
