If I may ask, what type of controller do you have?

And have you already check if the controller has updates? Just to make sure it is up to date.

If the controller is already up to date and the issue still persist, try doing a power cycle on the console.

Turn off the console for 30 seconds and unplug everything. Turn it back on after that.

If the issue is still not fixed, check for the controllers warranty and services here as it would already require a repair:

hello, thank for the reply. However i try using that replacement from your website, but failed to register saying the serial number is wrong. contact microsoft two time but nothing from you guys.
