    I got an xbox seiries S for my birthday, and my A button doesnt work sometimes and this is my first xbox ive got in my life im so confused, although ive dropped it a few times it seems to have no damage on the outside but im not sure about the inside, this has kept happening from i first got it. Could someone help me fix itMy controller doesnt work :D

    If it has been happening since you first got it, then it sounds like it had a fault to begin with which has then been exacerbated by being dropped several times. Depending on when you got it, either take it back to where you got it from for a replacement or you'd need to contact MS support to hopefully get it replaced

    My Turtle Beach Recon Controller (Designed For Xbox) isnt working on Xbox cloud gaming!

    Its not the 'Recon Hybrid Game Controller' , My controller is the Turtle Beach Recon Controller and whenever I plug it in it doesnt detect it on XBOX cloud gaming. My controller works on normal games but it doesnt detect on Xbox cloud gaming .

    Can you explain what you mean by how your controller makes the game picture "high"? I am not quite sure what you are talking about.
