    My controller disconnects every time I try to plug in the Lego Dimensions game pad.


    I got the Lego game for my daughter and I to play together. I connected a second controller, which required an update. After the update I put the disc in and started the installation process. When prompted to connect the game pad via USB port nothing happened.
    I started with the 2 on the back. When I plugged the game pad into the side USB port, both controllers started blinking and console said the controller associated with my user was disconnected. Unplugged the console and waited. The controller has fresh batteries
    and so far has only begun flashing when the game pad is plugged in to the USB port.

    Lego Dimensions Batman

    Has anyone had an issue with Batman in the Lego Dimensions pad? My daughter states that when she places Batman on the base pad the game doesn't recognize him, however, when she places Wyldstlye or the old guy the base recognizes them.

    I haven't actually played the game but I saw what my daughter was talking about.

    XBOX Live connection in Lego Dimensions

    Got my boys new characters for Lego dimensions, but the pad isn't recognizing them. I start by signing in to xbox live then lego dimensions, then It tells me to add an update to my que, when I do that I get a message that another update is needed and I need
    to be signed in to exbox live. So I say sign me in and it says it can't and to check my connection. I then check my connection, which takes me out of the game, connection is fine and once again I'm signed in to xbox live. Then I sign in to lego dimensions
    and the whole process starts again. What is going on?????

    Please can anyone help??

    you need an Xbox one Lego dimensions pad, even if you download the software

    The game is delisted and you will have to acquire a disk

    Are you sure that the Starter Kit is for the console you actually own (i.e. if you have the Xbox One console, that the Dimensions Portal is actually for the Xbox One, and not the Xbox 360, as 360 hardware doesn't work on the Xbox One and vice versa)?

    If it is indeed the correct hardware, you should return it to the store to have it exchanged. If necessary have the person that gifted it exchange it.

    Have you tried to plug the Toy Pad into another USB port on the console? To clarify, is this for Xbox 360 or Xbox One?
