My controller disconnect and reconnect randomly while playing game

I write this post because I have an issue with my Xbox One and my controller.

I bought my console last month, I took the bundle Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.

But lately, I noticed that my controller disconnects and reconnects all alone while I play. This does not happen all the time, it can happen to me to make a 4-5 hour session without encountering this problem.

I changed the batteries and it happens anyway. (I don't have the Charge & Play Kit)

I then did some research online and found a page on the site of the support Xbox.com. I followed the steps (unplug the power supply, reconnect the controller with a USB cable, resynchronize the controller, change the batteries, check for interferences ...)
It happens anyway.

At first I thought it was because I was in the Preview Program, but I left and I still have the problem.

I then continued my research and saw that we had a lot to have this problem, but no one had managed to solve it without having to return to the console. Do you think my problem is with the controller or console? I can not try with another controller because
I do not have another and I can not buy a second. Do I have to return my console?

Another question, if I have to return my console (or joystick), how long it will take? I bought the console to play Halo 5, I would like my console to be returned when the game will be released ...

Does Microsoft can't send me a new controller to test if the problem is with the console?

Controller randomly disconnects and sometimes won't turn console on

I have had this problem for years now. Sometimes I have to completely power my system down to connect my controller. While playing it will also randomly disconnect then reconnect. Very frustrating. This is my third controller so it is not the controller.
Is there an actual fix?

my controller randomly disconnects any game I’m playing crashes and I get disconnected from Xbox live briefly then it’ll reconnect by itself and if I am in a party I will get kicked from there too

No, the only way for me to have a second controller would be to buy one.

I wanted to see if the disconnection problem only appeared on Metal Gear Solid V but eventually I got a disconnection of the controller for part of the beta Rainbow Six

Second information, when I turned on the console yesterday with the controller, I did not directly connected to my Xbox Live profile, I had to reassign my profile to the controller, and this is the second or third time it happens (also random).

Another option to try would be to try plugging in your controller with a USB cable if possible. Unfortunately since you do not have another controller to test with your console, I would first suggest having your controller replaced. You can request a replacement
