    My controller devours batteries,

So I just got my Xbox one and for a pair of Turtle Beach headphones specifically the Seven Pros (its wired) and I set it up and the sound was great and everything was smooth for about 3 minutes, then after a few low battery warnings It turned off, I reconnected
it played a little more, then it turned off, so I went and got new batteries, put them in and they worked for about five minutes then the low bat message popped up again soon it shut off, I did this around 3 more times and quit, is Xbox just like this, or
is it my headset, or my controller.

    :)

Can I use 3,7v batteries on my xbox controller?

Can I use 3,7v batteries on my xbox controller?

The batteries are linked on series or parallel?

    Sticky xbox one trigger

Whenever I put batteries into my controller, the right trigger starts sticking whenever I press down on it. When I take batteries out, the controller works perfectly fine.

    My controller devours batteries,

Headphones attached to the controller does mean it will use the battery's allot quicker but not as fast as yours sounds to be.

Firstly you need to check and update the controller firmware (best done using a USB cable) with the headphones attached at the same time to the controller. To update the controller software go to the setting menu / All setting / Kinect & Device / Devices
    and then select update controller.

If this does not help try running the controller without any headphones / headphone adapters connected to see how long the controller then lasts. If you find the controller battery then lasts a pretty long it will probably mean the headset will be causing
the issue and if not it may be a controller problem.

Yes. I have updated to the most recent firmware and I unplugged my headphones but it died super fast again.

Do you have a second controller that you could test to see if the same thing happens? Sounds like the controller may be defective.
