    My controller broke after two months i bought it and the right trigger stopped working and my son needs it and its th only one he has. So can i get it replaced or send it back to get it fixed.

    Blinking power button while console is on

    I came to the conclusion it is a synching issue between the controller and X1. It hasn't happened in a few months since I resynced my controllers. But it seemed to happened only with the controllers with out the 3.5mm Jack. My Elite controller and newer
    one with the. 3.5 mm Jack. My older 2 controllers broke. The LB/RB buttons broke.

    Xbox controllers - Careless craftsmanship, or am I just extremely unlucky?

    I had my Day One Edition controller for 5 years before it broke.

    It only broke because I dropped it. The elite controllers have issues.

    But the standard quality is top tier if treated properly in my opinion.
