My control xbox one not connected to the computer

Well, I play on the computer with a cable to be able to use the control xbox one . He always worked only one day I turn on my computer and play and control not connected more , have tested the control on xbox one and worked, have tested the cable into
the Xbox one and worked since bought another cable and also to formated the computer. When I connect the cable to the computer he makes his noise connecting but not nothing happens . Finally I installed the drivers several times again and never of anything.
If anyone knows a solution let me know, please.

control does not work on the pc

when I turn my control and connects to the computer it is connected about two seconds and suddenly control off.

already I changed the batteries, already tested on another computer and tgentei already update the driver

 

X and controller sync

I've had issues with computer/laptop/phone/etc. when trying to resync controllers after using them elsewhere, but never with Xbox. I've mostly had issues connecting my 8bitdo controller to things.

I've mostly just kept my Gears of War 4 controller synced to the X, but I went back and forth with one that came with it, and never had any problems, even had all my Xbox controllers connected for Fusion Frenzy.

 

Please, get the App "Xbox Accessories" from Windows Store, and try again. It will try to update your Windows 10 drivers or Xbox One controller firmware.

If that does not work, try to update Xbox One controller firmware through your Xbox One console with a USB data cable.
