My control is broken

Hi,

I bought my control 4 months ago and his is broke.

I have 5 controls (collection) and my black control its broke.

I played 4 times with him and this happen.

What I can do?

Update broke my controler

Sorry to hear about the issue with the controller. It sounds like the controller failed on the update, so we'd suggest trying to update it again. If that fails we'd suggest exchanging it for a new one at the retailer to get you back in the game quickly.

 

Update broke my controler

I bought a nex xbox one controler to play on my pc. A programme named "xbox accessoire" has update the controler wich not repond since. I can see it on the device manager but no app can use it.

It's my understanding that controllers (and other Xbox accessories) are only warrantied for 90 days, "Product Warranty: Xbox One console"
. You should be able to check the current warranty status at "Xbox warranty information" . However, it is possible that if you purchased
the controller with a credit card it may still be covered by an extended warranty through them. If this is the case, I would recommend contacting your credit card company directly.
