When you say it isnt asigning you mean it isnt working at all or your trying too asign it too a other button in the app?

I have put the button of the A in not assigning and the A button does not work and I can not do anything to restore the configuration of m control

I don’t see a reset button my controller

I see, in this case I recommend that you try connecting the controller via USB-C cable. If you still cannot use it, I recommend that you request a repair for the device, since it is most likely an internal fault.
