My Console Xbox One Was Banned

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling what type of ban/suspension you have,what it was for & how long it is for or you can check on the enforcement site here

I recently received a xbox one console from a third party, I tried connecting it to my account and it says “this console is banned from xbox network”. Hardware on xbox is in tact and it hasn’t been tempered with, console was never opened. I would like to connect it to my account. My account is clean of any suspensions or bans, Is there a possibility to remove that ban from my console?

To be clear the console doesn't have to be opened to be banned to get a console ban, the original owner may have done something on Xbox Live, for example hate speech etc. Microsoft issued a temporary ban, the original owner didn't learn their lesson and kept on doing the same thing, the bans would hve been issued until finally they got a console ban.

Hi i have xbox one buying from usa now i am living in karachi pakistan when i was connect my xbox one console with internet xbox give update . when completing update & then restart again connect to internet give message your console ban blah blah blah but
my console still in warranty & my console not modded or other local update so why my console is ban.
