    I have an impeccable history in enforcement and still banned my console xbox one, no support can help me, just tell me to read the rules, but I never got any notifications or warnings of why they banned my console, which is quite unfair, I want That someone
    gives me reason or help with this

    It Has been a month and still no 360 collection codes, wanted to play the others before gow4, purchased a limited edition console and still have to wait for codes, bit of a joke

    Hey there.

    Unfortunately we aren't able to assist with Enforcement questions here on the forums. Console bans aren't issued lightly and investigated thoroughly before they are implemented by the Enforcement team, once a console ban is implemented your only option is to
    purchase a new Xbox One.

    Have not recieved my Gears of War Collection for purchase of Gears of War 4

    I'm also still waiting for my codes. I bought a new console bundle with GoW4 a week ago.

    I have played the game on both Xbox One S and Pc, so "Xbox live" is aware I own the game, and it was activated during the promotion period.

    I was informed by Microsoft support, that the codes would be sent (as a message) over Xbox live once GoW4 has been played. Yet here I am ?
