    My Console wont update, so I can't even play it, and the request service page isnt working


    So, just got a Series X, new, got it from Walmart, and I plug it in, and woop-de-doo, I can't update it! I talk to a support person and they say that I need to send it in, but heres where the request service part comes in!

    I coast through everything, until the final step, it throws me back to the start when I reach that last step. Every.Single.Time. And the support person I talked to about that was no help.

    Heres my end of the story, can't report an issue, and can't fix my console.

    Can yall help me out?

    Same! Purchased Destiny 2 on my console and it wont load. Everytime it says “Looks like our service isnt working right”... umm yeah id say so!

    Nope didnt work sadly. I tried so many different things. i typed the code in the official xbox support page and my problem isnt even listed there...

    This is kinda getting out of hand now, its messed up. Because pay for a service i cant even use and wont actually have help from officials, they just copy paste a possible solution instead of listening to what my problem is...

    Will Microsoft not be able to service my Xbox if there's very minor psychical damage on it?

    The device is still in warranty on that page. the only damage on the console is a small chip on one of the top corners. I understand that physical damage isnt covered by warranty but I sent it in for a crashing issue. So they wont service a in warranty repair if the console has physical damage?
