    My console won't start up after the fall update


    my console doesn't start up after the update. All it does is makes the noises like it's working but nothing comes to the TV. I've tried changing the hdmi cables, unplugging the power for 20-30 seconds and still nothing. How do I fix this?

    Hi, if the factory reset process you described isn't functional, I would suggest st booking it in for a service. If you are in the preview program using offline update files will not work. If you are out of warranty there will be a cost for repair but
    if it really is caused by the insider update, that will be waived.

    Xbox is unresponsive sometimes when using instant-on.

    I enabled Instant On again after the February update. It worked for about 5 boots and then the console started locking up on startup. I won't disable it just yet and see if it happens again.

    I am lucky I guess. Not been bricked but know a few who have hasd issues. Have had to do the odd factory reset. Alpha skip ahead ring and I see issues but not as many as others and I game pretty much all day too.

    Thanks, i think ill do that. But i will also opt-out after this. It great to test update etc, so others can have a great game experience. But it really sucks when you have an issue and no one can help you.
