    I pre-ordered Jedi Survivor Deluxe Edition, and my Xbox Series S won't give me an option to install the game, even after I've redeemed the codes I was sent. What do I do?

    Kindly try to confirm if the codes were successfully redeemed on your account by signing on web browser, account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history.

    No, they won't download. You'll get a not compatible message on the Store. There is a Jedi Survivor coming for the Xbox One, but it hasn't been released yet. When it does it will be a separate game.

    The game is not a playanywhere game. My real question is, did the game I purchase allow me to play on PC. It’s not specified if it is for the console only or not. I know for a fact that Jedi Survivor is a PC game as well.
