Discus and support My console won't detect controllers. Tried multiple ones. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Tried ward wiring with the USB and bluetooth.     My console won't detect controllers. Tried multiple ones.


    Tried ward wiring with the USB and bluetooth. Bought a brand new controller and that one won't connect either. I have tried power cycling to no avail. Any suggestions or advice? The Microsoft FAQ is of no help. Does not appear to be any other issues with
    the console.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Xbox One not detecting your controllers. To troubleshoot this, please try performing a

    Factory Reset     while keeping your games and apps with the following steps:

    1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
    2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
    4. Plug the flash drive into a USB port on your console.
    5. Press and hold the Pair button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox buttonon
      the console.
    6. Continue holding the Pair and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    7. Listen for two "power-up" tones a couple of seconds apart

    After the two "power-up" tones, the Xbox will display a menu with an option to Factory Reset your Xbox One. Plug in your controller with a USB cable and use the D-pad to Factory Reset your console.

    Hey there Cloacaa!

    It definitely sounds like there may be some type of issue with your Xbox One controller if your console isn't detecting audio from multiple headsets. Have you tried your headset on a different controller to see if there's any change by chance?

    Also, when turning on my xbox, the tv does not detect the xbox (i've tried multiple tv's) and the xbox does not detect my controllers as well even when connecting them with a usb cable, after about 5 minutes the xbox turns off by itself and when trying to connect to the xbox using remote play it says console off. Also, it does not let me turn off the xbox.. For some reason i have to unplug it.

    I tried connecting it with a cable to my Xbox and it won't detect it. I also tried to connect it wirelessly to my phone and it connects but the white light on the controller keeps flashing, and it won't do anything. It only works when I connect it with a cable on my pc. It doesn't work on any other device wired or wireless.
