    If i unplug power supply from console and just plug into wall the light stays on orange, i then plug it into the console ,i hear a slight click in the console, the light goes white for a second then goes out entirely

    Hi there. Have you tried clearing the update cache? If not try that and then unplug the console for at least 24 hours from the mains socket.

    Is the update cache a separate command than clearing out the system cache?
