    My console went blind


    I can hear the X Box 1. I can do voice commands. The screen is stark black. I have tried resetting by pushing power and eject buttons. Nothing. PLEASE HELP!!! I've only used it 2x's since I bought it!

    SICK & TIRED! IS MICROSOFT DOING EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO STOP THIS MODDING AND CHEATING ON COD 4?

    My eyes hurt. I think I almost went blind reading this thread.

    actually I went to my modems website and there was no open port option (or I'm just stupid or blind)

    My console went blind

    If you are using a cable, try disconnecting it and reconnecting it. This happens frequently on my 360. It's because the cable isn't in the TV all the way.

    It's a recent xbox update causing the black screen. If it isn't user error. it's B.S.

    we have been getting a black screen all weekend... cant watch you tube online either waste money paying for xbox live sort it out xbox as I know my friends are having this trouble to

    On the Xbox 360 you can sign out of your gamertag then load the game/app that you want to use. When it gets to the title screen you can sign in again. You'll be able to continue on from there.

    I don't know if this workaround will work for the Xbox One.

    On the Xbox 360 you can sign out of your gamertag then load the game/app that you want to use. When it gets to the title screen you can sign in again. You'll be able to continue on from there.

    I don't know if this workaround will work for the Xbox One.
