    My console was banned.

    In addition to the help already provided please make a thread in the forum linked above.

    Then a member of the Policy Enforcement Team can reply to you directly. Unfortunately as no one outside the PET has access to your accounts information we can not provide help/answers for you here.

    Also check the inbox for the wlid linked to your account (inbox/spam). As an E-mail may have been sent to you detailing a reason for the console ban.
