    So I was playing a video game, and in the middle of a match my Xbox one shuts off at random. I was able to start it up again but the game was taking forever to load. After a while of loading it shut off again, I tried to turn it on again but now my monitor says that it has no source. I've done all i thought of, I changed HDMI cords, unplugged and plugged it in again, did a full power reset on both controller and console, and other things. Could someone tell me what on Earth is going on?.

    If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you answer the following questions:

    • May I ask which Xbox One model you are using?

    • Do you have any external devices plugged into your console?

    • Is your console plugged directly into one of the wall's outlets?

    • Did you get any error codes/messages the first time you turned your console back on?

    I have not validated the version of firmware, but I know it suddenly stops working. To update it, I plug the controller in and update firmware. I do this for both controllers. Then it will work for a couple of weeks and suddenly stop.
