My console stopped working after last weeks insider updates

Is there any chance you're apart of the insider programme too? my remote install has stopped working since my last update, but it comes and goes for me as i too am an insider.

My just stopped working after an update also. I didn't have it plugged in during the update. Did everything posted online, but nothing worked. My warranty just expired 2 weeks ago as it was a Christmas present last year.

My xbox kept restarting after like an hour of play last month. Then, worked normally for a couple weeks and now its back to restarting after an hour of play again. The console doesnt get hot so its not overheating. Whats wrong with my console?

Have you checked for the latest updates? Also, are you using Xbox Insider with a test build?

For menthe problem was updating the controller. RB/LB stopped working well after weeks.. but when I was able to do reverse update they started working again perfectly. But after last update I can't do reverse update anymore. Latest firmware works better but still not perfect.

Does anyone from support ever read this forum?

After a live chat with Microsoft support last week, it was determined that an error with a recent dash update is what caused my problem. The rep told me that he had a slim console with GTA San Andreas downloaded from Marketplace and it was working for him.
My console is an older elite and originals stopped working after the last update. Apparently, they are working on the issue but there's no estimate for when it will be fixed. I've heard that before.

I want to know when I will be able to play the content I purchased from Marketplace as well as my other originals again.
