    Gold Subscription not showing on my console

    I purchased a prepaid 12 month subscription card. Put in the code no problems, checked the subscription page it shows that I have gold until Sept. 2017. But its not showing I have gold on my console. I have removed my account from the console and did the
    5 min hard reset. Still nothing. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

    account is suspended for 24hrs?

    I'm getting a msg on my dashboard (xbox360) that says my xbl account has been suspended until june 25 without any explanation. I no longer have acsess to my email account I made way back in the day for the gamertag due to unknown hotmail errors.. what ever
    that means.

    If you talking about a device ban those are permanent. Otherwise you need to check the ban message here: https://enforcement.xbox.com

    I see one that says June 6 2017 (06\06\2017) and another one that says August 6 2017 (08\06\2017) but nowhere do I see June 22 2017 (06\22\2017). Looking at that, you're under a ban until August 6 2017.

    Same issue, I can confirm removal and re-installation was ineffective: other game selected for this troubleshooting (Gears of War 4) was successfully re-installed with all add-ons. Factory reset with 'keep games and apps' also failed to work.

    My console is an Xbox One Elite, running latest updates as of 6/9/2017: zero hardware modifications.

    Why remove the user at all, try leaving the user on the xbox, 1 home account supports 25 gamertags, then designating home. If your worried about someone logging into that account from other console just lock it down and make sure they dont know password.
    You can lock down your account on one console and have instant log in on the other console.
