My console keeps glitching,apps and games aren’t responding, and network is slow?

What exactly is your Xbox console model? When did this issue start to occur?

Please try to power cycle your console to clear the system cache. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

I found them on the console in the store. I did a search and they showed up as purchased. They aren’t showing up in the app in my library but as long as they’re on the console I don’t mind.

I did that but I can’t see anyone of my games I did press keep my games and apps but they aren’t there

Check your network connection. Troubleshoot slow apps may assist but first I would power cycle the router
and console.

Sorry to hear it. Please try a full factory reset on the console to see if that helps. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them. After that, try earning one of those achievements or from a different game
to see if that helps.

Absolutely spot on mate worked immediately, having a few glitches at the moment where the notifications aren’t appearing but they are now being registered on the console and online.
