    My console keeps freezing up.


    My console is constantly freezing, like 5-10 times a day. I can’t find a solution for it. I hard reset my console at least a hundred times now and that doesn’t seem to work. It might be something wrong with the insiders program but I haven’t seen anyone
    else with this issue. I will add a video clip to show you what I’m talking about: ps I don’t know why I am playing Roblox so don’t judge plz

    Map makers!!!!!

    I bought this game almost specifically to make maps. The problem is that my console keeps freezing up while in the map editor. My console keeps freezing up. :(

    StaryDragoon, he said the problem was with Apps, not Games. And I did suggest the space issue. No offence.

    BilobateMink449, I would recommend deleting any games from your hd that you are not playing. Then after you do that, clear the cache. I have a feeling that will help resolve this issue.

    Hello BilobateMink449,

    This issue sounds to be related to your memory unit.

    Can you make sure to check if there are no corrupted files on your storage device? They will be called unrecognized, incompleted or will have a orange circle with "!" mark. If you will find somethin like that in Settings - System settings - Storage - your
    storage unit - Games and aps, you will have to select them and delete them.

    After that I suggest to clean the cache. That's - System settings - Storage - your storage unit needs to be highlighted so you will be able to press "Y" - Device options. Than select Clear system cache.

    It is completely safe to do so and most of the times resolve the freezing issues.

    Compared to the previous comments, check all your disks to make sure there are no scratches on it. That's what usually cause my problems. Delete a couple of unused things you have. Feel me?

    Make sure you have a decent amount of space on your storage device and try clearing the cache;

    Go to Settings - Storage - System Items. Press Y on the Content Cache and press delete
