my console keeps freezing during game ? Help Please

Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should fix the issue.

My sons xbox one keeps freezing during gameplay and returns to the homescreen, have tried rebooting Internet also as with the console. Still persists please help

My Xbox keeps freezing during games is an Xbox one s and every time i try to play the division or forza horizon 3 the game will freeze and the game will quit or the Xbox will turn off entirely. Im pretty annoyed with this as I cannot play my expensive games
for more than 15 minutes.

please help.
