    So I'm sure everyone has heard about the Aaron Paul commercial that causes that Kinect to turn the console on when Paul says "Xbox on." My issue is that I've never seen that commercial on my TV, my console is being turned on by regular gaming commercials
    when at the end the narrator says "Only on Xbox One." My theory is that the Kinect is interpreting the deep voiced "Xbox one" as "Xbox on." It is fair to say that I have the Kinect sensor mounted only a foot above the TV and I have surround sound, but it
    does kind of annoy me that the Kinect can't here my commands to turn on while I'm watching TV even if I get right up next to it yet the TV itself can turn it on.

    Anyone else experiencing this issue specific to the non-Aaron Paul commercial?

    So my Xbox is f**king crazy ill be playing a game and then all of a sudden a second controller will connect and start spamming the home button making it impossible to play. I'm getting to the point I'm about to switch to ps3 cause this wont stop I have even
    called Xbox customer support and told then what was happening and they said ooh were sorry we've never heard of this before. Has anybody ever had this happen to them and the weird thing is I don't even own a second controller. Is there a setting on the Xbox
    where you only have 1 controller or is there a block or something! SOMEONE PLEASE HELPPP!!

    Hi there,

    based on the part of text from the Terms of Use you posted, what is said is that hardware like consoles, controllers etc can be considered out of warranty when they have been used for commercial purposes, which basically means that not matter if the console
    is a few days old when it was used in a commercial way Microsoft does not have to repair/replace the console if it is broken.

    That's how I read that part.

    In addition to SargonParidius' comment, if you choose to sell it, do NOT make those offers on the console. It can lead to your profile and console being banned for using the platform for commercial purposes. It's really not good to do that.

    No it is not considered "commercial activity". That is used to describe people who use their GT's to advertise commercial businesses on the profile. Participating in tourneys and such does not equate commercial activitiy.

    Xbox restarts.

    The console physically restarts whenever I turn it off. The controllers turn off with the console. By phantom controller I meant that my console shows a controller being connected despite my two controllers being turned off.
