Hello dear

I am having a big problem

My console It has been banned Without reason and abruptly

serial number is : 093011734448

please I need help to recover My console

The ban without any reason or explanation, I do not know what happened

please i purchased 8 days ago

And I want to play with my friends online

I can no longer run my games

And a lot of problems in the my console

I'm really very sad, and I need your help

I swear to you, I have not done any wrong action

My console is banned?

I rarely play games on xbox i have new slim 4gb one with kinect. All i really do is watch netflix and i just got on tonight to watch a movie and it says im console banned! Anyway to get my console unbanned?

im very tire of you peole telling us to post it under Console Ban which gonna up beening remove we just want so answer..Is that hard to get from you guy..Not like we asking you guy to give a kidney or a heart..We just want some answer..Please just some answer...No

Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
the affected device. Given the severity of this action we take each device ban extremely seriously, and only take action after a lengthy investigation.

Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban.

Xbox One:

“Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”

Please note that banning an Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device does not disrupt the underlying functionality of the device, and it can continue to be used offline following the ban. For more information about using Xbox One offline, visit: Using Xbox One Offline

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.
