My console is banned for no reason...

It is my girlfriend console, I just added a new user which is me to the xbox one.. And we could still use xbox live yesterday, but suddenly today it is banned.... I don't know why, can anyone help me please? Thank you.

You mean the rights you're given the opportunity to read at your leisure and have to agree to before signing up? The rights you can also read on this very website? If you'd done nothing wrong the complaints would've been filed away in a bin.

My console was banned for no reason.

my console was banned and i have no idea what i did. The only reason this could happen is if I attempted to commit fraud or tamper. I have done neither nor even know how to. I am just a regular occasional gamer that wishes to know the reasoning behind such
a drastic accusation. I just want to know why I cannot get on xbox live anymore unless I buy a new xbox. Please help! I am quite befuddled. Just out of the blue I was banned and would just like to know why.

Hi, no one here can help you with your console ban. You need to post in these forums

forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx and a member of the Xbox Live Enforcement Team will be able to give you a reason why.

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.

The same thing happened to me on Hulu Plus about two days ago and every time I've tried to get answers they've given me the run around and the moderators of the forums won't respond to me and keep deleting my posts. I feel your pain bro, this is horse crap.
