My console is banned for absolutely no reason.

i was unfairly banned on the xbox one for apparently harassing other gamers on the console. First of all, i dont use xbox messaging. 2nd of all, im a partnered streamer on twitch here is my channel
[Mod Removed] if i was to behave that way i would lose my partnership with twitch. 3rd of all, i spoke to
[Mod Removed] on customer support and i have a case number [Mod Removed] and
[Mod Removed] says that i shouldnt be console banned. my console banned was randomly extended for no reason and this is restricting me from providing content to my viewers. i want this handled asap please... this is ridiculous.

I have been banned for no reason, you guys never gave me a reason neither, I've never been banned before and it goes straight to console banned? Yes I do have an other account but it's my friends account for we can gameshare, no he is not banned so he's
not the reason. I literally got banned for absolutely no reason

Xbox banned me for something that I did not do. I got on my xbox for the first time in weeks, I join a party with my friends and I cant talk to any one. everyone is glad to see me back on and they are all dying to speak with me again. since I cant talk I
decide to try to send them a message and when I try to send them a message, I got a message that read because of your past behavior you cant do this. comes to find out ive been communication banned. I don't know why I was banned, so I get on my other account
and join the party and I told them I was banned. they all responded and told me that someone has been on my account since ive been off. so I submitted a case review and they sent me a page of stuff that didn't even matter to what had happened. I'm banned for
2 weeks and I don't understand why I have to be banned for something I did not do.
