    My console is banned and I have no email telling me when it will be lifted


    Hello ive been banned via xbox and I was ok I didn't complain about anything regarding that I accepted my ban and I was given a date and time when it would be lifted and its been that date and time and I no longer according to the website have a ban but
    it still active.

    Telling me I'm console banned, isn't in my email or enforcement history.

    Its telling me I'm console banned and won't let me sign in to my account or play any games, I got no email saying I've been console banned and it's not in my enforcement history. Customer support is repeatedly telling me they don't know what to do and that
    I need to contact enforcement.

    Details on when my communications ban is lifted?

    I've been told I am to receive an email with specifics and the date of when my ban is lifted. For whatever reason (likely since I changed my email recently) I didn't receive an email at my current address. I checked the enforcement.xbox.com website and looked
    at my ban which is supposed to also have a date of when I'm to be unbanned, but it doesn't say.

    Am I permanently banned? Is it possible to learn when it's lifted or receive another email to my current email address about specifics?

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    Suspension supposed to be lifted but it's not.

    my ban has been lifted on xbox one. my friends still can't hear me in party chat or games.The bubble moves when i talk but none can hear me since the ban has been lifted. i think there might have been a problem on your end when the ban was lifted. i didn't
    have this promblem prior to the ban. I have called xbox one support and they have had me do everything to try and fix the promblem. please fix this .

    The ban was lifted mid day today (12/21). Thanks for the info but if the system takes time to lift the ban shouldn't that be accounted for when telling someone on the enforcement site the exact time (down to the second) that the ban will be lifted?

    You can't post personal info like your email address on the forums.

    The consol ban forum is here
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     they will only tell you why the console is banned.

    Console bans are never lifted so if you want to play on xbox live you will need another console.

    Unfortunately this is the risk you take when buying 2nd hand consoles.

    Enforcement issues

    You should receive an email addressed to the email account associated with the gamer tag that received the ban/suspension from Microsoft/Xbox telling you when your ban will be lifted. To check your enforcement history, you can go here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements
    just make sure to sign in with the affected account.
