My xbox got the problem of "plim", I opened it to see how it was, if I send it to the assistance of Microsoft they will solve even I having opened the console?

Help My Console Hacked!!!!!

Hi my gamer tag is , I have recently been hacked and threatened by a person by the gamer tag of
[Mod Removed] he also has threatened my friend V0ltage X RaGe for trying to help me. He has two more accounts that he has modded on and cheated on and he told me this when I was his friend. His two other accounts are
[Mod Removed]. I have reported three messages of his about him saying how long I have until he will do it again, what the code of his site for hacking is, and he has admitted in a message that it is his hacking use. I think he downloaded my
account with out my authorization. I have recently been getting the thing that says " has been signed in on another console" randomly. I hope you can help with this hacker. please email me for any more info you need. Thank you and I hope you
can help me solve this outrageous behavior and he has said this is all about getting revenge on something.

Microsoft won't touch a console if you've opened it. Opening a console voids the warranty.

 

And what do I do to fix my console?

 

Nothing you can do.

Self repair violates the ToU/CoC & will just get your console banned from live & the fact you've opened the console means Microsoft wont touch it.

 

So I have to find somewhere other than Microsoft to arrange?

 

Microsoft are the only ones authorized to fix the consoles. Any unauthorized repair places will violate the terms of service.

 

But since I've opened the console, there's no way they can do anything about Microsoft, right?

 

Your console would be banned once you connect to xbox live.It might not happen straight away but it will happen.
