My Console has been banned

hi,

I just bought used Xbox One. The console working fine except when I tried to connect the console to the internet there is a message saying that "Your Console is Banned".. I have contacted Xbox support thru chat and the ask me to
call the support center in Australia.. I also have contacted the support center and they advice me to create the post inside the Xbox forums to get next support..

My console has been banned.

Hi - My son tried to log into xbox live yesterday after school and received a message that our console has been banned. I have had the console for several years and am the only owner; it has not been modified in any way. I do not believe that any terms
of use or code of conduct have been broken. Can someone please let me know why it was banned? Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry you're console got banned. To protect the community Microsoft does not provide specific reasons why it bans consoles. Please see the information located at the enforcement page

You would have to contact the retailer you purchased it from for an exchange/refund. If it's a permanent console ban, it is permanent and cannot be unbanned.

Can I still be banned if I purchased an Xbox console second-hand?

Yes. The warranty on a second-hand Xbox console is void, and the purchaser assumes the risk for any previous modifications or unauthorized activity. Even
if the console’s ownership has changed, the console may still be subject to a ban. If you purchase a console that has been previously banned you will not be able to connect to Xbox Live, and the ban will not be lifted as a result of the change in ownership.
We recommend customers who believe they have not committed actions on the service to warrant a ban to contact previous owners or users of the console.

During my chat with Xbox Live Chat saying that they can actually lift a ban.. The person from the call support center also mention the same thing to me.

Is it possible the I can request an appeal for Xbox Enforcement team to lift a ban.

If you have an account suspension, then the only place to find info about it and help would be the
Enforcement website. If eligible, you can submit a case review.

If you have a console ban, then this is permanent and irreversible. Device bans are issued for especially serious and/or repeated violations of the Code of Conduct. More info about device bans can be found

Customer/technical support and the forums do not assist with Enforcement inquiries much further than this. You will need to see the Xbox Enforcement website for more details.

I still have not answered my question which is the reason why my console was vetoed please ask for an answer as there are no reasons why I was expelled

No one here can tell you that specifically because we dont know. This is a community forum mostly made of gamers like you. We are not paid Microsoft employees just volunteers in the community. No one on the forums or at support can help with enforcement
actions.

You should have gotten an email to the email address on your account listing the general reason/type of action that led to the ban.
